Once an auction is complete, the winning bidder will be notified and an invoice will be sent to the bidder that includes the winning bid amount and handling fees, sales tax, and buyer’s premium as applicable.
All shipping arrangements and expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP ON OR BEFORE APRIL 17th, 2019. Items remaining on site after this date will be forfeited.
Once payment is received, the item will be available for shipment by the winning bidder’s transportation company of choice.
Items may be picked up directly at the base provided that the transportation personnel have been properly cleared for base access. Base clearance may take up to two weeks, so if you anticipate picking up your item(s), please allow sufficient time. For base access, there is a short form to fill out HERE.
Items can be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS, or a freight hauler.
FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. If your shipping address is a PO Box, please make arrangements to have your item shipped to a street address or your package will be returned to us at your expense.
We apologize but items cannot be shipped internationally.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
Forklift and loading support is provided on site by Six Mile from April 15th -17th, 2019.
